Health Cards

Health card cancellation and refund rules are shown inside the app and may depend on booking status, card usage status, and service conditions.

Medicine Orders

Medicine orders can be cancelled only before certain processing or delivery stages. If online payment was made and refund is approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment source as per payment gateway timelines.

Lab Bookings

If a lab booking is cancelled as per allowed rules, wallet-used amount may be returned to Lab Wallet and online-paid amount may be refunded to the original payment source.
