Service Scope

Medical App helps customers access health cards, medicine order services, lab bookings, and Lab Wallet benefits.
Medical App does not provide emergency medical services.
Customers should consult qualified healthcare professionals for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Health Cards

Health cards are linked to listed doctors/hospitals, one-time use, and valid for the period mentioned inside the app.

Medicine Orders

Medicine order final amount is confirmed after review. Payment is made only after the final amount is shown to the customer.

Lab Wallet

Lab Wallet amount is usable only for medical tests at listed labs in Medical App. It cannot be withdrawn as cash.
